1. Identity of Service Provider
The website barcodes.ng is operated by an international business entity.
By using our services, you agree to a contractual relationship with the aforementioned entity.
2. Role of Dodo Payments as Reseller
To securely process international transactions, we use Dodo Payments as our Merchant of Record. Dodo Payments is the official reseller of the digital products available on this site.
Dodo Payments will handle the payment process, tax collection (VAT) in accordance with applicable regulations, as well as transaction dispute management. Therefore, the name 'DODOPAYMENTS.COM' will appear on your bank or credit card statement.
3. Ownership and Use of Barcodes
The barcode numbers we provide are legal numbers originating from the international prefix database (issued prior to 2002). After the purchase is complete:
- Ownership of the barcode number is fully transferred to the buyer.
- The number is valid forever with no annual fees or subscription charges.
- The buyer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the product data associated with the barcode number in their respective retail inventory systems.
4. Digital Delivery
Products are delivered instantly via email immediately after payment confirmation is received from Dodo Payments. Files are delivered in PNG, PDF, and EPS formats along with the Official Certificate of Ownership.
5. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable international business laws. However, we are committed to following international consumer protection standards for the satisfaction of our customers in Nigeria.
